Cindy and Michelle work for a property management client on the Gold Coast in Australia. In this short interview, they share how much knowledge they have around property management and real estate.
David – Cindy, how would you rate your knowledge out of 10?
Cindy – I would say, 10 out of 10.
David – And why would you say 10 out of 10?
Cindy – I would say that because I’ve been doing the same tasks, helping out my client who is a senior property manager for almost a year now. And I feel confident in doing it everyday.
David – And there’s a lot of supporting tasks that you perform for them, isn’t it?
Cindy – Yes.
Michelle – I think I actually have the same knowledge as what our Australian property managers have with regards to real estate.
David – And why’s that?
Michelle – I have been handling major tasks for our clients already. I have been doing this for more than a year and I think I’m familiar with most tasks that a property manager does. Especially around the supporting tasks for property managers.
