Do you have a rewards program for outsourced staff?


We encourage and offer recommended methods for clients to reward their team. This in itself works very well as it’s a reward that comes directly from the client to their team member which creates a closer connection between both parties.

We also appraise individuals team members where we measure and reward each team member financially based on their level of performance.

What happens if my outsourced staff quit?


The short version of a long answer is… we replace your team member.

Even though I’ve just offered a really short answer, let’s expand on that a little.

We invest a lot of time in the foundation of who we employ to ensure we’re getting the RIGHT person for the role. This means a person that has the right mindset, common sense, will fit into our culture and is looking for a stable long term position.

As you can imagine if we employ a person and they quit once they’re upskilled it can cause problems for us in getting a new person and problems for you in having to retrain a new staff member.

With that in mind it’s in our best interest to ensure we get the right person from the very beginning as it directly impacts your retention as a client and costs us less money and time to have to find you a new person.

With all of that in mind, we do still occasionally have staff quit at which time we communicate with you the client arrange a new person to be employed and then trained by the team member that is resigning.

How much control do I have over my outsourced staff?


When you employ a staff member through us they are essentially your staff and dedicated 100% to your business. You are able to train them in your processes and in your methods as they are your team member.

Our job (aside from giving your team a secure office with constant power, Internet and infrastructure) is to act as the go between here in Australia and our office in the Philippines.
If you’re having any issues you can talk to one of our team here and we act to resolve those issues for you.

One of the key points is we’re experienced in offshoring, we’ve made many of the mistakes (I originally had all in here, but we still experience new mistakes) and we’ve overcome them.

We’ve also put together processes for training, tracking and getting your overseas staff to perform. If we see any potential issues, we call you and discuss with you as I know this is a daunting process and a lot easier if you can deal with a business that has experience within that area.
