Let’s get into it

How big does my real estate agency need to be to outsource?

This depends on where your business current is at and how you wanted to scale your business in the future. Whether you are a 1 person agency or a multi site real estate business with 50 local staff an outsourced staff members tasks can be tailored to that agency. For example, if you are still establishing your agency then your outsourced staff members can:

  • Be your executive PA
  • The receptionist and admin processor
  • And be your “jack of all trades”.

If you are already an established real estate agency then your outsourced staff members can:

  • Complete low ROI tasks like processing applications
  • Schedule routine inspections
  • Manage your different software’s (like Inspectrealestate) and
  • Support your local team on their higher ROI jobs and to make money.

The best way to understand if you are ‘Big’ enough is to contact an outsourcing company and have a chat to a person that has hands on experience and for them to explain the types of tasks you could outsource and if it’s a good fit for your business yet.

Do I need to supply my staff member with a computer or other office equipment?

If you are looking at finding the person yourself, then you should check the type of computer they own, working conditions and Internet connection.

If you work with an outsourced business (like us for example) then you should have the Internet, Computer, office space, etc. included as a part of the investment.

With all of that in mind, there may be instances where there will be an additional investment for additional upskilling, monitors, phones, etc. which should be outlined by the company you’re talking to from the very beginning.

Can an outsourced team member manage my Real Estate Agencies’ social media?

Yes and No.

It all starts with WHAT you want to achieve from social media and WHY you are doing it.

Is it for SEO, because you are wanting to spin articles for the sake of trying to rank on google? If you’re answer is yes then you may as well not get a person.

Over the last 12 months Google has become a lot smarter and rather than just creating content they want you to SHOW you’re an authority in your area of expertise.

Not only that, what will your website visitors think if they were to read that spun content?

How DO you stand out from every other agent out there? If you post the same generic stuff that’s out there, WHY would you bother?

Original quality content that comes from local input / guidance combined with outsourced staff to edit, schedule and post these articles.

Outsourced staff assist with the research (Grunt) work, for example highlighting of breaking news and translating your knowledge into written content.

They help with the other repetitive tasks, like posting your blogs on your website, SEOing them and ensure that your social media plan is executed with consistency so you show you are not only the expert in your field but you are also a business professional.

So over time and as they become more ingrained into your business, they will be able to Execute more and more of your social media, but it will always need to be driven by a local person with local knowledge.

Ok, that’s it
