Transcript of the video:

Faith Perez from Affordable Staff and welcome to our RAW Q&A session around outsourcing.

We’ve created these series of videos for businesses that have considered outsourcing and they have genuine questions or concerns that need answering.

The format? 3 questions and 3 answers based on over 275,000 hours of outsourcing experience.

Let’s get into it

What is the favourite task you perform?

Michelle – My favorite task will be sending lease renewals to the tenants because I am happy to let them know that their stay has been extended. It saves them the hassle of moving out and transfering to look for another place.

Ronie – In my time here in Affordable Staff I can say that my favorite task would be…is when I publish a site because everytime a client agrees to make the site go live, there is a sense of achievement  for me that after a few days of working on it, the site is finally live.

Anna – Aside from social media marketing, I love prospecting. It requires strategy and time but it brings revenue and I’m always looking forward for every closed deal.

What type of jobs did you have before working with us?

Anna – I used to work as a supervisor handling 15 to 20 agents. My main responsibility was to coach agents for performance improvement. Aside from coaching, we also do admin tasks. Same here, we really have to balance everthing to finish our deliverables and meet client’s expectations.

Ronie – After I graudated college the first job I landed was a software developer but I think it wasn’t for me so I changed profession to a web developer and I am here now in affordable staff.

Melanie – The type of job that I do previously was to help costumers with their concerns with their phone, internet and cable services. So if they have any billing or repair issues I make sure that I can help them so that we can resolve and make sure everything is working great on their end.

How do you communicate with your client?

Anna – If there are any urgent concerns, I can ping my client anytime. We also use email to update clients with the tasks given. For the report, we also send through email.

Ronie – Usually we communicate with our client using Skype and using email. If the task is urgent we use skype to notify or to ping our clients that we have some issues regarding the task. But if the task is not that urgent or can wait until the next day, we usually use emails to notify them. Also during the end of the day, we are required to send the activities we have done for the day. And we also use a software called Trello in where we manage our tasks, we can assign them for further review, under development or if there are any questions that we have for that task.

Michelle – We communicate through Skype. Each time I go in, I greet them to make sure they know that I am ready to do my daily task. They also send me emails in case I need further instructions about a new job or a new task that I will need to do.

Ok, that’s it
