Transcript of the video:

Faith Perez from Affordable Staff and welcome to our RAW Q&A session around outsourcing.

We’ve created these series of videos for businesses that have considered outsourcing and they have genuine questions or concerns that need answering.

The format? 3 questions and 3 answers based on over 275,000 hours of outsourcing experience.

Let’s get into it

What impact do you believe that you are making to your clients business?

Jackie – I get to run their office administrative tasks while they are meeting their own clients. So I think that is making their time efficient.

Jireh – I am helping them achieve work life balance.

Stephanie – The biggest impact I made as a VA was free more time for my client and as a result he was able to focus on the more important aspect of the business. In addition, as a VA working on a definite time schedule, I was able to assist him instantly on various tasks working along side him until those tasks were completed.

What is the most rewarding part of working for an Australian business?

Steph – The most rewarding part is schedule. Working with an Australian means going to work early and leaving work early. There is no need for night shifts.

Jackie – The most rewarding part of working for an Australian business is that I get the best of both worlds. What I mean by that is I work day time and I get the pay that I want. I still have the work life balance. I still get to do that things I love after working.

Jireh – The most rewarding part in working for an Australian Business is being able to work on a day shift with competitive salary and benefits. With the day shift schedule I still have enough time to spend with my family most especially with my son. Also, since we don’t have work on weekends, we still have enough time for personal errands.

If there was 1 piece of advice you could give to a business considering outsourcing what would it be?

Jireh – Outsourcing will make your life easier not just your work. You will be able to focus on the things that matter the most and leave the rest to your dedicated VA.

Stephanie – Due to the nature of outsourcing, I think communication is the most important part. It should go both ways, VA to client; client to VA. Everyone should be on the same page to make sure that each step is carried out correctly.

Jackie – One piece of advise I can give to businesses considering outsourcing, just give it a try, give it a go because as they spend less they get the most out the money that they spend because we still provide the same professionalism, efficiency and effectivity on the work that we give to our clients.

Ok, that’s it
