Let’s get into it

How do you find working with Australian Clients?

Bryan – I find working with Australian clients to be an awesome experience. I find them very polite. And they put a premium on professionalism. They are so friendly that they can happily strike up any conversation even at that professional level.

Ely – I’ve been in this company for almost a year now and I have been working for a number of clients. Generally, I can say that Australians are very professional. They are very polite and very friendly to deal with. It’s just like dealing with someone from around here.

Rose – It’s been brilliant. I have been working here for over a year now. All the clients that I have come in contact with have been professional and polite.

Before you worked with us, what did you think it would be like to do this type of work?

Bryan – Before working with this company  I did not really think as to what kind of work I will be doing. I just learned that one of those job descriptions would fit my qualifications.

Rose – Well, the idea of a BPO has always been a call center job where the individual does not matter and you’re given the same tasks as everybody else but I’ve been very happy that it’s not the case here.

Ely-  I really don’t have much an idea on how a VA works and I really haven’t heard of the company before so I was a bit hesitant to apply although I know I do have the skill set to work as a VA. So I tried it. I applied and luckily I got accepted. In the end it is very rewarding. I learned a lot of  things and still learning.

What do you think the difference would be if you were working from home?

Ely – I think that main advantage of working from an office is the security of the resources. It would be very difficulty working at home and suddenly there is a certain power outage. So working in an office gives you the confidence that you won’t leave your clients hanging for the urgent jobs that is needed to be finished. And the working environment in an office is way more motivating. And you get to have exchange of ideas from different experts of their own field.

Rose – The big factor would be motivation because I’m a good self starter but there is a bigger push if you are working with other people you can bounce ideas off of. And I work a lot with content and copy-writing so the creativity is given a lot of boost when I work with other people.

Bryan – Probably the difference of working from home is some common issues like power outage and internet outage. Some distraction, although I do my voice recordings in my home studio but it does not totally eliminate the sound especially if there are construction work going on in the neighborhood. And working in an office, I don’t have any other distractions like kids.

Ok, that’s it
