As people are working remotely during the COVID19 crisis tools like Skype and Zoom are becoming go to tools for many agents. With this in mind we’ve recorded 2 tutorials on how to use Zoom.
If you haven’t used before, Zoom is a great tool for video conferencing on a computer and mobile device. There are a lot of features on Zoom and in these 2 tutorials Gabby walks you through the basic and advanced features of Zoom and also runs a live demonstration of Zoom in action.
