Every Squad at Affordable Staff has its own personality, and this month we’re shining the spotlight on the Black Mambas.
At Affordable Staff, every team member belongs to a Squad. Bringing together people from different departments across the business, our Squads create opportunities to build connections, share ideas, support one another, and have a bit of fun along the way. It’s all part of creating a collaborative culture where everyone feels connected, no matter what role they work in.
If there’s one word that sums up the Black Mambas, it’s resilience. Whether they’re tackling a new project, navigating challenges, or supporting one another through change, they’ve built a reputation for working together and finding solutions as a Squad.
When we asked Black Mamba member Manuel what makes the Squad unique, he said:
“We’re not a perfect squad, but we’re a resilient one. We’ve faced challenges together, shared our experiences, and supported one another every step of the way. Everyone is proactive, willing to help, and committed to working together. That’s how we’ve grown, and I’m proud to be part of the Black Mambas.”
It’s a great reflection of what the Black Mambas are all about. Their strength doesn’t come from always having the answers. It comes from being willing to communicate, learn from one another, and step up whenever support is needed.
Our Squad program is about more than bringing people together. It’s about creating opportunities to learn from one another, celebrate successes, and build relationships that extend beyond our day-to-day roles. Those connections help create a supportive workplace where everyone can grow, both personally and professionally.
