Here’s an overview of the schedule of events:  

• Saturday 16 March: Arrival in Bacolod City  
• Sunday 17 March: Itinerary Day 1 – Trip to the mountains, relaxation at Spa Natura, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  
• Monday 18 March: Itinerary Day 2 – Welcome, office tour, afternoon cultural trip, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  
• Tuesday 19 March: Itinerary Day 3 – Communication exercise, afternoon cultural trip, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  
• Wednesday 20 March: Optional training with team members (potentially including an additional half-day outreach activity for interested participants).  
• Thursday 21 March: Optional training with team members.  
• Friday, 22 March: Optional training with team members.  

Regarding pricing, we have established a fixed pricing structure that covers four nights’ accommodation, local transportation, group meals, and activity fees from Sunday to Tuesday. The costs are as follows:  

Arrangements of flights and travel insurance are to be organised individually. However, we can provide you with the contact details of our preferred travel agent, who can assist you if needed. Any additional nights or hotel transfers will be billed separately.  

For clients who wish for their local Philippine team members to participate in any of the off-site activities, additional charges to cover the costs will apply (these vary depending on the number of team members attending – our company representative will discuss this with you individually).
