Hi Damien here and I’m often asked how to work out what tasks you can outsourcing in real estate. The best way to do this is to break your business into 3 levels.
The first level are your money making activities that bring the money in like making phone calls to develop relationships, leasing, listing presentations as an example.
The second are tasks in your business that are client facing and require you to be licensed to perform these activities such as open homes, routine inspections and lease renewals as an example.
