The process has been made so easy by the team at Affordable Staff (both here in Australia and the Philippines). We have two amazing team members Fillamae and Ann, and are very confident they will free up valuable time we can spend on growing the rent roll and customer service. This coming from a woman who wont use the self service isle at Coles.
We’ve got three offices, so Carli (VA) is actually assisting 10 property managers across three different sites. It’s certainly taken a bit of that pressure off to have her do a lot of the administrative work allowing the property managers more time to focus on the one-on-one client service tasks.

Our local staff can now focus on more client-facing and client-building relationships while our team in the Philippines are doing some of the back-end things to help them out in their day-to-day operations.
